WHO IS TEACHING?

Tai Chi is taught all over the world, in many different ways and from many perspectives. Based on my affinity and background in Martial arts (including karate), I teach Tai Chi. For me it is important that we have fun, work together and move pleasantly with the help of Tai Chi, while always working on both mental and mental health.

Affiliated and certified through the Tai Chi for Health Institute, which is mainly concerned with Tai Chi for health and does a lot of research into this, the lessons are mainly focused on health, inner and physical awareness and artistic design. The Three Principles of Tai Chi by Dr. Paul Lam always forms the basis for this.

I like to make Tai Chi accessible to as many people as possible. It can help so much with health problems (see proven effective) and has easy to follow movements. Ideal for people who want to get stress under control, want to maintain their health (due to age, for example), are looking for more depth or meaning, but also excellent for people who have difficulty walking; Tai Chi for health can also be given while sitting.

Perhaps I can soon welcome you to the wonderful Tai Chi community during one of the class days or during a workshop. I'm already looking forward to it!

With kind regards,

Pearl Lammers Lisnet
